Adpilot IQ — Last updated: August 27, 2026
Adpilot IQ ("the App") is a personal advertising management and automation tool built and used to manage its owner's own Amazon advertising account. This page explains what information the App accesses, how it's used, and how it's protected.
Adpilot IQ is operated by an individual seller for the purpose of managing their own Amazon advertising campaigns. It is not a public service and is not offered to third parties at this time.
Through the Amazon Advertising API and Amazon Selling Partner API, the App accesses:
This information is used exclusively to analyze, automate, and optimize the connected Amazon advertising account's own campaigns — including bid adjustments, placement optimization, and performance reporting. It is not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, marketers, or any unrelated third party.
The App uses a limited number of third-party service providers strictly to support its own functionality, for example:
These providers only receive the minimum data necessary (such as keyword text) to perform their function and are not given access to the underlying Amazon account.
Data is stored in a private, access-controlled database. Access is limited to the account owner. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect stored data from unauthorized access.
Data is retained for as long as needed to operate the App. Deletion requests can be made using the contact information below.
This policy may be updated as the App evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
