AdPilot IQ ("the App") is software that Amazon sellers connect to their own Amazon accounts to manage and report on their advertising. This policy explains what the App collects, how it is used, and how to end that access.
When you connect an Amazon account, the App accesses advertising, product, order and performance data from that account through Amazon's APIs. If you sign in with Amazon, the App may receive the name and email address on your Amazon account, used only to identify your account within the App.
Your data is used only to provide the App's features to you: reporting, analysis, and any advertising automation you choose to enable on your own account.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers, marketers or data brokers. We use service providers to host and operate the App; they receive only what is needed to provide their service and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in an access-controlled database. Credentials are encrypted at rest.
Data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request or when the account is closed.
You can revoke the App's access at any time in Amazon Seller Central or the Amazon Ads console, or by contacting us at the address below.
This policy may be updated. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
Report a data privacy concern, a security vulnerability, or the actual or suspected misuse of Amazon data to security@adpilotiq.com. Every report is acknowledged. Each one is recorded and followed through to a conclusion: investigated, fixed where a fix is needed, and the reporter told the outcome. Where Amazon data is involved, Amazon is notified.
